Top management has different angle of taking care of business. Turn over is very high.

There is too much upper management at corporate and at York. Those people make too much money, and barely anything is given to employees who work hard. I was told when I took vacation I had to work and be available 24/7- that is ridiculous! You see other departments giving raises off cycle, but you are told you cannot get one until the review cycle, only to still get less then other people. 1-2% increases are ridiculous! New people hired on are actually paid more then current employees. They do not listen to any feedback, and corporate HR is blind to the fact of how unhappy people are. It's fine for some people to sit back, do nothing, and take credit for things they didn't do. I was working 60 hours a week, with no credit and no raise. They will take advantage of you at all costs.
