Going downhill fast

Pros

Casual office environment, coworkers are friendly

Cons

If you're not in New Jersey, prepare to be terminally ignored. That is, unless you need to ask for support or any capital expenditures; then the answer is a resounding NO! They seem very surprised that things are going downhill when they haven't been investing in newer equipment or replacing all the long-timers that have left. No opportunities for advancement; raises and bonuses are a joke. They make a big deal about the employee engagement survey, but everyone is still miserable.

Never Again!

Pros

Great people within the organization who cling together to survive the incredibly difficult culture.

Cons

Culture is difficult to get through as new employees as there are no training programs. Even though I worked 10+ hours 6 days a week and worked from home for 7 years. I never got a bonus and received on average 2% raises. Then corporate Managers would come to our site to tell us how many millions of profit the company was making. Ran very lean, so lean that people were doing the work of 2 and 3 people and were burned out.

Pros

Director level and below is hard working. Sales ppl are passionate and sales managers are close.

Cons

Human Resources is a nightmare, too many VPs/C Suite execs, do not invest in human capital and are extremely lean in spending on the "right" parts of the business. Finance department seems to be against the company, as opposed to, work w the company in helping department like RD and marketing find funding to better the lives if customers and patients. We spend more money on shipping then clinical studies - it's actually STUPID (only logical word I can think of).
