Most of the non management employees are hard working, talented and dedicated.

Cons

Tons of middle management! Managers with the lack of good skill to manage direct reports! Just a bunch of fat headed new managers and a bunch of stale old managers. I see a bunch of six figures check protectors!

Great products, collaborative environment, lots of responsibility. Divisions function like small companies with lots of exposure to people and processes.

Cons

Management treats employees like they're expendable. Job insecurity exists at all levels affecting behavior of middle-management. Lots of turnover between 09-10. You can put in some great work but don't expect matching reward, if any.
