Dedicated people who are proud of their accomplishments, team building, everyone working towards the same common goals.

Cons

Poor leadership with not enough experience in med device manufacturing. No work life balance. Very Toxic place to work. Decisions made based on personal objectives without regard to the affect on manufacturing associates. Poor employee retention. The entire Corporate Senior Leadership team has left Integra and replaced. This is very concerning. Keep looking when thinking about working for this company.

The pay was above average for Med device.

Cons

The company culture is horribly toxic. No one trust anyone and management runs the company by fear and intimidation. There is no clear direction or strategy from management and what is a “top priority” today will be cast aside for whatever the next fire drill is tomorrow. The car allowance is far below industry standard. The benefits package is average at best. Recalls and backorders are a constant problem. Most of the products are “me too” and can be purchased from Stryker or Medtronic for much less. Turnover (people getting fired and people leaving by choice) in the sales force is very high. My last day was one of the happiest of my career.

Pros

Some coworkers are extremely friendly and were part of the reason I did not leave quicker. The work is challenging and different daily, which I enjoy.

Cons

Management doesn't not communicate. There is no communication between departments. It is a VERY cut throat atmosphere. Management does not know the daily tasks that need to be completed, instead management dumps their work load on others.
