Pros

Great products that help improve lives. Fast company growth and expansion.

Cons

Leadership too busy playing political games. Vertical communication almost none existent. Moving aggressively to an outsource model. Dump and run delegation style. Employee morale at its all time low. None qualified leaders taking conflicting decisions. *Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for now*

Pros

Integra has several critical to market, life sustaining products in their portfolio.

Cons

Currently there are a group of protestors who have been picketing the Mansfield, MA site every day for the last week for undisclosed reasons. The nature of their signs indicate that they are protesting Integra's product safety record, as well as business practices. Official company communication on this issue has been kept to a minimum. This is par for the course at Integra. Serious issues are rarely addressed head on at Integra. Professionalism, competency, and tact are sorely lacking at all levels throughout the organization. Don't just take my word for it. Pair Integra LifeSciences with terms such as 'lawsuit', 'fraud', or 'recall' in your favorite search engine and the results will speak for themselves.

Poor culture and leadership

Pros

I enjoy working on the CSS products, some great knowledge people, projects are interesting and a lot of work to do to keep you busy. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Executive leadership does not trust the very smart and capable employees they have hired. There is a lot of micromanagement but also a lack of guidance and direction. Leadership is out of touch with the actual experience of employees and are quick to blame employees rather than look inward at their dysfunction. Due to this poor management and poor culture the ones being promoted are really not the ones who should be, the value placement is skewed and really focused on the wrong things. The individuals who actually are doing the work, aren’t really being promoted they are just gaining more work. No structure or training. No one knows what they are adhering to, it really is such a poor culture. As far as pay, it seem below average from what I see as far as pay scales for similar jobs at other companies.
