Pros

Very low turnover within the company, most employees have an extensive work history with the company and products. More than just another job, this company has great opportunities for someone who is consistently improving and learning. It has the benefits of having 75+ employees, but still feels like a small company.

Cons

If you are just looking to punch a clock and not take any personal responsibility, this is probably not the right fit.

Pros

Some of the friendliest people I have ever met work at this company. The company gives you nice hardware to work with and a standing desk. They're modernizing their tech stack and services. Learned tons working here and made some great friends.

Cons

No upward movement unless you are a senior developer. Laid off 70 STE1/STE2/SWE1/SWE2 as of July 2020 Low raises, low starting salaries . No rewards for loyalty or high performance. Long hours and high pressure from new management. Firm delivery dates and overworking the engineering staff and lower management. Outsourcing to Ukraine.

Pros

Friendly environment and very flexible with work hours for events or appointments you're going to.

Cons

Communication from higher ups is horrid. For a tech company it is stuck in the past when compared to others for employee benefits and pay.
