Pros

Integra is the clear industry leader in the markets that it serves. It pays well, has excellent benefits and invests in the advancement of its employees. Employees have a say in nearly everything that happens and with the company's rapid growth there are many opportunities for advancement.

Cons

You will be working with a group of top-notch people that work hard. Not a place for someone who doesn't want to work hard or who are not technically competent.
