Working here is challenging but rewarding.

Cons

There’s a lot of pressure to perform at an exceedingly high level, which has honestly done wonders for my productivity, even though it took some time for me to adjust to their standards.

Pros

Worked with some of the best people in my career. They do promote servant leadership and times are good when sales come in.

Cons

Make sure your boss believes in servant leadership. Not all there do. It's difficult when you come in with that assumption and your boss doesn't practice that.
