ISL is a great company to work for!!! I am able to run my community as needed and am not micromanaged. The support is definitely present, and we love a woman led company.

Cons

As with any corporation, sometimes communication can get lost in translation.

I truly look forward to coming to work every day because Integral Senior Living values it's employees and rewards both big and small accomplishments. I feel celebrated and enjoy celebrating my co-workers as well. All the cliches about "we're a team" or "we're a family" are actually applicable here! From the top down, compassion for one another and genuine care for why we're in this business of senior living, shines through. There is a special culture at Integral Senior Living and its ethos touches every element of the company from honoring a work/life balance, to recognizing smart work, to supporting our colleagues. I am fortunate to work here and feel proud to be part of the team.

Cons

Is it the special excursions to the beach or the fabulous holiday parties or the spontaneous "thank you" gift cards? No. Is it the charitable giving to the community or helping seniors live their dream? Nope. There truly are no cons about Integral Senior Living!!!!
