Leadership embraces a real open-door strategy, including constructive feedback to the top. Everyone genuinely cares for each other, you're not a name on a spreadsheet, you’re family! Leaders empower you to make decisions best for your communities and don't snuff out your creativity. Thinking outside the box is not just welcomed, it's cherished. ISL/SSL expects you to have fun, work hard, perform, and will provide you support to be successful. If you're not having fun at work or feeling like you don't want to come to work every day....You should join ISL/SSL because it will inspire you to want to. Working for places who put NUMBERS before PEOPLE means it’s time to make a change! I've worked for a few senior living operators and by far ISL/SSL has the BEST Culture! I was ready to leave the industry due to burnout, feeling unappreciated and poor culture, but after being introduced to ISL/SSL my fire has been refueled. People want to live where people want to work. I love working with ISL/SSL and you will too!

Cons

ISL/SSL is a growing company and with any growing company means multiple systems are required to get work completed. However, the latest technologies are on its way. New tech will be well received. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative.

They walk the walk…If you know ISL/SSL you know its all about Culture, the Culture is lived and breathed everyday. It starts at the top, our Founder, CEO, and CFO are great women leaders, that lead by example. Exhibiting the Culture they are passionate about, what they do everyday, they never settle for good enough, good is the enemy of great and they have worked hard to create a GREAT company ISL/SSL and had fun while doing it. It truly speaks of the Culture of the company. Other pros include an extremely supportive regional team Operations, Sales, HR and of course support center team also Payroll, A/P, Finance, Accountants, they are supportive and empowering. The company provides the training necessary for a lot of room to grow they constantly promote from within and support you every step of the way. Benefits and wages are competitive, but nit comparable as they exceed expectations.

It is truly a privilege to work for ISL/Solstice. They live and work true to their ethics, quality of services, team support and universal positive culture. Senior leadership is transparent, proactive and void of any pretention. This is an organization that serves all residents and team members with excellence.

Cons

Takes a bit to learn all the systems, which is to be expected when newer to any organization.
