Wonderful residents that are extremely appreciative for everything you do for them. Free water, Oxygen, headache's, and a free shirt you will have to wear everyday.

Cons

Very unhealthy work environment. Managers manage by fear and intimidation. Brush up on your fear, gossip and rumor mongering because if you do not participate, you will be chastised like a child. If you see a potential hazard and voice a concern about safety issues and potential injury you are now a troublemaker. Than a resident gets injured. Revolving door of management. Very deceptive sales tactics. All advertised material is a fraud. Lack of supplies to carry out your job. Lack of personnel will force you to wear several hats. For the same pittance in pay. Most people do not know they work for ISL. But when they do they and make a complaint, you will be confronted with intolerable retribution. Place is run like a grade school playground kickball game.

My co-workers have been positive.Residents show so much Love.good change is here and for the best.its about making our residents feel comfortable,loved and appreciated.I thank the current ED for the wonderful opportunity

Cons

Only thing i can say is that the guy that was here before me stopped caring somewhere along the way.i mean come on dude,the catwalks were his trash can.this guy was so unorganized,didnt know how to uniform things.dang buddy,you really showed how much dedication you had by how you left the place looking.oh and remember that you knew about the PTAC's on recall because i found the sheet in your old stack of papers in the activities office.shows how much you cared about preventing anything from happening to any of our residents right?i have it all written down.

There was nothing good about working fur Sokstice and there is still nothing nice about working got thud company. Holiday ran these buildings that Solstcevtook over. Holiday dud a fine job. Employees and Residents were family. We loved going to work to our second families. Now residents and employees alike are all leaving , literally.

Cons

No idea on independent living management. No idea on servant leadership concept. No idea on staff mentor ship, support and development. This company has no Value on the basic concept of aging in place and Resident rights. It's a negative environment with poor leadership. This is not a place or company to establish a career with, RUN!
