Pros
Has a very transparent and fair review process with established goals, progress tracking, and metrics pointing toward delivery of those goals. Open and diverse work force with a strong sense of accountability without making blame a focal point. Growing business means job security and generous bonuses if personal performance is good. Respectful of PTO both in amount accrued and expectations while out of office.
Cons
Growing business also equates to constantly changing to fit the current needs. Sometimes feels like output can't compete with demand.
