Pros

Year after year, revenue growth has been outstanding. Now all employees are eligible for bonuses. Decent pay and benefits. Lots of very smart, fun and kind people in individual contributor roles.

Cons

I had several different managers there and none were good at managing people. The last one was an abomination.

Cons

Tasks become stagnant over time. Difficult to push for changes. Low salary and close to no benefits. Some associates are not being heard / was chose to not being heard in obvious reason (this was pointed out to management too).\ Nothing gets solved. Things get kick around to different higher-ups and then eventually 'forgotten'.
