Pros

One of the great reasons to work at Integrated Device Technology is their compressed work week schedule. The schedule is a rotating 3on 4off/ 4on 3off.

Cons

One of the downsides of working at Integrated Device Technology is the room for growth. It is hard to learn new things to advance. People keep their skills and insight to themselves for job security.

work time is flexible, benifit is not bad, colleague is nice, good facility and campus. traffic to company is also good.

Cons

very very bad top management, no technology, no competence, not a good place for career development. food is also not good there.
