Pros

Friendly employees, nice environments. Not much politics compared to lots of bigger companies.

Cons

Top level management doesn't know and understand what engineering and company infrastructure can do and cannot do. Pipe dreaming, and ended up waste of resources and loss direction.

Their stock value has gone up in the last 2 years

We do not know why they have a good perception. They have some good work in Wireless Charging...But the new management is focussed on short term, almost on quarter to quarter basis; they regularly woo employees from where the top management left..to a point where they are building cronies

nice building, smart people, that is all I can think of.

Cons

This company is cheap everywhere. A lot of people are leaving. If you are new fresh PhD, do not come here. If you are a person cannot find a job anywhere else in bay area, come to IDT. You will be working more than 10 hours everyday with very low pay. The recruiter always says something unreasonable to low-ball the job offers. They even send out a couple of job offers with 0 RSU. Remember this is a company in bay area. This company only cares about MONEY!
