Friendly people, probably have a good long term(>3yr) future as a company. Company are better received by analyst under current management

Cons

Have engineers being ok with just going through the motion of work. Pay could increase to improve competitiveness

What HR?

Pros

My team and internal clients were great, made it difficult to leave when it came time. Greg and Sailesh are also great, they really take the time to get to know their employees.

Cons

- HR wasn't much help when they were aware of the problems which was my deciding factor to leave. -Constant change within management with hardly ever a follow up on how it affects the employees.
