      Pros

      This company aligns well with my personal beliefs about how to treat people with disabilities. Management is easy to get along with and my co-workers are great people. I have a lot of fun at work. I work in intermittent and at group homes, so I get to do a lot of fun stuff. Managers give thank you and gift cards a lot. Lots of opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      The main cons are that sometimes schedules are not consistent and things can change quickly. It's hard to get other people to work for you. The pay is very low. When I got my raise it was 25 cents. I have to work a 2nd job to be able to pay my bills, but I love my job.

      They have a strong mission and values set and do a great job to work towards it

      Cons

      Some organizational challenges in administration level. Also will be expected to work different hours from what you were hired. Poor health insurance.
