      Pros

      Good work environment. Extensive training is given. This is a very gratifying field of work and there is a lot of opportunities for advancement in this company.

      Cons

      There is no HR on site. The base pay for all positions is quite a bit lower than other similar companies in this area. As an assistant manager I make less than what the starting wage is for direct support professionals at other companies.

      ILC is a company with great values. They have helped transition services in the state of Nebraska to a new level.

      Cons

      I don't have very many cons. At times it is hard to get promoted to another position.
