Pros

-Great place to gain exposure to the ins and outs of the IT industry, specifically in regards to MSPs. -Ability to work from home occasionially, but there is a rumor that this will be revoked company-wide -Ability to work with the newest Enterprise Hardware -Reasonable amount of PTO -Breakfast on Wednesdays and endless supply of snacks -Occasional outings -Fun people that form a work "family" -Relaxed Environment -Nerf Wars -Location is around a bunch of great restaurants -Not terrible benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k etc)

Cons

-Very poor documentation -Average of two yelling arguements can be heard from the other side of the office per month. -System Engineer hours can extend over the weekend or late at night -Extra efforts to fix issues outside of your job responsibilities will go unrewarded, but will end up becoming your responsibility for no extra compensation. -A "promotion" is an attempt to fill an empty chair for less pay due to your "lack of experience", regardless of any above-standard accomplishments or skills you have demonstrated, resulting in compensation that is barely on-par with your previous position. -Some employees lack motivation and ownership (could be because extra effort is often taken advantage of). -Close-minded when it comes to hardware that is not manufactured by Dell or Intel, regardless of proven cost savings, performance increases, and security improvements.

Very poor management

Pros

You'll get tons of a experience in a short time with various systems, but that can be said of any MSP If you don't work in the Austin office, most of the staff is friendly and alright to work with.

Cons

-Poorly managed -Employees that don't do work and don't know nearly enough for what they are paid get paid based off of the time they have been there. This causes lower paid, higher title or lower paid equal title employees to bear the burden of work. -Some members of management lie about policies such as it being unacceptable to work from home which they say comes directly from the COO. When asking the COO he has never heard of said policy. -Pay isn't even remotely competitive, again based entirely off time spent at this company rather than work put in.

Pros

Competitive Salary Great benefits (offers the best health insurance that I've had for awhile, and my previous employer was a healthcare company!) Great co-workers. There's a lot of talent here, and despite having lots of knowledge, they are still open to learning new ways to do things. Meals- 2 days a week you get lunch and 2 days a week breakfast. There is also usually mac n chesse, ramen, and frozen something (currently a giant box of frozen burritos) for staff to enjoy any day of the week. Self-starter environment. There's not a lot of micro managing that goes on, employees are generally left to handle their work as they see fit. But help and escalation resources are available. Work-Life balance. Wide range of schedules available to help accommodate work/life balance. This is a BUSY place. There are tickets always coming in. Management listens to employee feedback and works implement changes. You can tell that they are working hard to make things even better internally.

Cons

There are sometimes days when it is necessary to work later than the end of your scheduled shift. (But really, this is common across the industry). It's not often though. The office is divided into two buildings (in the same office complex) with the support teams in one and upper management and execs in another. I think this contributes to some of the us vs them issues seen in other reviews. (I personally don't find the C level executives hard to approach or interact with however)
