Pros

The company is fast moving and rapidly growing in all facets. Management has completely overhauled the structure internally and really taken employee engagement seriously. Things are moving quick and there are tons of opportunities I was able to be promoted two times with very adequate raises over the last three years I was with the company.

Cons

The company has gone through a ton of growth over the last few years and getting some systems in place have taken longer than I would have liked them to. They have gotten there now but it took a lot of time to have tools easily accessible at all times. The work life balance can be tough at times for technicians due to the accelerated growth pattern they had.

Pros

Non. What they call pros, every MSP company has them too. Nothing special.

Cons

Bad management. Toxic and hostile workplace. No one gets along, everyone is over worked and that causes hostility all around. Management never responds to their Teams chat. And if they do, "I can't deal with you right now, I am in the middle of a crisis". You will get absolutely no support. No training. No information on internal policy changes, just "why did you do it this way? We do it this way now, we just forgot to send out an email". That happens weekly. They sold out. Brad, the CEO, or whatever he is now, is non existent. The last COO lasted for a couple of months, until she quit. It's a giant mess. They are one of the worst at micromanaging and stat collections I have ever seen. Everything you do is a stat. You are measured for everything, and yet getting a performance review does not happen...... It's as if they are collecting employee performance data as a bad thing and not as an improvement. It used to be cool and fun working here. But after they sold, it's a snow ball going down hill. We all wish he never sold. Especially to an investment company. A larger MSP would have been better than this.

I hope you're still with us and that you see a little bit of light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. As new CEO, it's my greatest wish to listen to all of you who've been in the trenches, and to enact change in accordance with your experiences and feedback. I'm very sorry you've been unhappy, and I truly hope we can turn things around before we lose you. Please know you're always welcome to talk to me directly, at any time. Best, Brett Paulson
