Pros

Free lunch every now and then (used as a means to keep people working at their desk through lunch though) Pretty in depth work and impromptu projects because the "projects" team (CTO 's chosen dimples) can't handle their work load.

Cons

No one cares about you - I once worked until 3am to restore a clients exchange environment back to a useful state after ransomware took down their in-house exchange server, I emailed management the next day to let them know I'd be in 30 minutes late since I was running on sub 3 hours of sleep. They called and berated me for coming in late "unapproved" Everyone will preach policy and process but none of it is documented and only exists as a way to force you to do more work/work past your shift. Policy changes DAILY based on mood. Company claims to have multiple departments to handle projects/large infrastructure projects. The same team that will tell you to kick rocks and do it yourself when you put in a request to them. No one knows who you are outside of your team. I was once screamed at for 15 minutes by the CEO because I messed up on a ticket, only to find out, he was calling for a different person with the same name. When I informed him, he just hung up. YOU WILL BE OVERWORKED, if you like to have a nice schedule and get paid for the hours you work. Not really the place for you. Management has DEMANDED many times that NO ONE LEAVE until the queues are clear. And there will be reprimands for people that head out on time. I often put in 50-60 hours a week trying to keep up my project and ticket load.

These anecdotes speak volumes about the changes that needed to be made at Integritek, and it's my intention as new CEO to pay close attention and work to make it happen. Although I'm very sorry for the experiences you had, I want you to know that your feedback and honesty WILL have an impact. I just arrived at the company, but already see that we've lost some talented team members (yourself included, I'm sure) due to some severe disconnects and miscommunications. Thank you for speaking out, and if you ever want to discuss your experiences further, please feel free to reach out to me. Brett Paulson

Pros

-50% health benefits paid by employer -the local team members are amazing, I formed so many connections at this company and that is what I am most grateful for.

Cons

-EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A CON -Forcing employees to work in office when it is completely unnecessary for most positions (it is 2022 and this is an IT company) -Promise of unlimited PTO but it is in fact LIMITED and you will be reprimanded for using too much (unless you are one of the chosen ones who they let take off whenever) -Raises are a JOKE - (basically none were given, even though they were promised) and if they are given it is less than 3% for perfect performance - so basically nothing and NO BONUSES -raises were skipped frequently -no punishment or termination given to employees for not following policies - kept people that were literally asleep at their desk multiple hours for multiple shifts -management changes so often there is no consistency (I don't mean support managers or regional directors - specifically C level management and anyone brought on in the last 6 months - you are running the company into the ground already) -time off approvals run rampant and at any time you may have more than half the staff off work and you will be left to DROWN by yourself -callouts are a serious problem, and they are allowed for any reason at any time with no limits. many staff will call out just to get their tickets reassigned because they do not want to go onsite or deal with volume on a day other staff has expected absences. -promise of career growth is a LIE -you will be unhappy and overworked -the clients are rude and nasty to most staff PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE if you have any self respect, this company is going to crash and burn and most likely just be absorbed into Executech, which would not surprise me if that was their plan to begin with. You can literally go work at a local burger joint for the same pay...

Pros

have driven some good projects after enough kicking and screaming needs more capable Sr Engineers who are willing and able to wear your heart on your sleeve in order to retain current customer's. Culture is driven by your own tribe CEO Brett Paulson has done...ok...since FEBRUARY 2020... with transparency... but everyone else needs to...get on board... after...the...right people...are...removed...

Cons

They are an MSP, more turnover is about to hit REALLY hard and all of these positive reviews are FAKE or paid to be put here. If you can train pawns to start doing more work. you may just be able to live with cancer here until your last breath if the company doesn't evaporate first HOMESCHOOLED IMPLEMENTATIONS AND STANDARDS AND OPERATING PROCEDURES not thought of yet to be applied proactively are just sent to intimidating guru types of other tribes without priority triage, it doesn't matter if other employees are not held to the same in mgmt eyes too MUCH power hungry and unjustly unfair social mgmt who need to construe you out of your role, as they harass all facets of communication, so they can attempt bury you while you "set an example for others to follow" even interrupting your lunch breaks if you happen to get one, simply to check on status of the "super critical" X, Y, and Z with 0 care whatsoever. They want you to come in and work hard and play none and speak only when spoken to. You cannot be yourself, power has shifted to opposite side, you will be doing the solo workload that entire teams are actually responsible for without escalation. Because of all this there will never be any room for improvement when current Management chooses to continually brings you to the end of your rope as your soul is dragged through flames for NO REASON

Hey -- thanks so much for your honest feedback. I obviously agree that a lot needed to change when I came on board in February, and that there are still things I need to do to make this place the best it can be. Although I'm doing my best, I definitely understand that things often take longer than people would like, and I'm very sorry you felt frustrated and unhappy for some of your time with us. I wish you all the best in the future, and hope you've found something that makes you happy. Take care and thanks again, Brett CEO
