Pros

I've been with this company for about a year now and I am still very happy with my decision. I really do enjoy coming into work everyday and enjoy working with everyone here. Compared to many places i've worked this company has the strongest business support for IT. The business has invested heavily into IT and truly values our department. I constantly have the opportunity to get my hands on new technology and any new technology I suggest is genuinely looked at.

Cons

As with all companies things aren't perfect here but in my mind a lot of this is due to growing pains. This to me is actually a good feeling because we continue to grow rapidly, this gives me a feeling of job security.

Worst Job Experience I was screwed over

It was a cool work environment that is the only positive thing I can say.

Cons

I had someone training me that did not know how to properly train someone else. The trainer wanted to do everything themselves instead of taking the time to show me how to complete the task properly. I was busting my butt on a daily basis learning from mistakes mean while being told that I was told I was doing a good job by that trainer. When they were actually taking all my mistakes to my sales manager to have me fired. I was completely caught off guard and mortified when I was taken to the HR department in front of the entire building. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever experience I have ever been through with any company.

They are constantly changing commission structure. They recently lowered payout again by 5% It is now 20%
