Open environment, free will workplace, many of the other brokers do offer their assistance or tips when asked.

Cons

Not many, it can be difficult to find customers due to how big IEL is getting, but that just requires more grinding to build the pipeline.

Great environment to work in and we all are one big work family. Everyone is welcoming and open. Work hard play hard....meaning we have fun outings also so we get that work/fun balance.
