Most other companies advertise "If you work hard, the money is endless" while having caps in place that limit their sales ability to make money past a certain point. At IEL, there's literally ZERO limit. There are MORE than just a few people here making money far beyond what some surgeons or lawyers make. This money doesn't come 'easy' but it is there. You also sort of 'work for yourself' here, meaning you create your path and as long as it fits within guidelines and it's ethical, you can do business as you see fit. Management has always been great and IEL puts huge value on it's employees, starting from the absolute top to the absolute bottom, everyone is treated with respect and the benefit of a doubt. If you are 'failing' they will give you more tools to climb out of that slump before deciding that it's going to work out or not. In other words, they truly want you to succeed. The work atmosphere is typically chill but some times it's like working in a frat house(in a good way). But co-workers are friendly, it's not about competition here. Everyone has their own accounts so we just push each other, give advice, etc. Though, management will do fun things like a money machine(where the money blows around and you have to catch it) and different spiffs, not just based on numbers, but on actual effort(call numbers, contacts made, etc) which gives everyone a fair shot. They also have really fun outside of work activities/events that are not the typical cheezy, budget saving outings that a lot of companies do. All in all, this is the best place I've worked as far as W-4 and recommend it to anyone seeking a true career with HUGE opportunity to make the kind of money you always dreamed about(not exaggerating).
