      Competitive culture. Family vibe. No micro management. They give you all of the tools to succeed.

      BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR

      Pros

      They give you the tools to make unlimited amount of money. As long as you apply yourself and put in the hours initially it pays off 10 fold. There is a reason it has been voted Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay twice in the last 5 years. You just have to put in the hours. This is not a 9-5 if you want to make money.

      There are no cons. This job isn't for everyone.
