This is a "round-the-clock" position. Constantly working weekends Must put out fires at a moments notice, even if it is 3 in the morning

Great environment and team ethic. Manager is a great leader and very motivational.

Cons

Logistics is just a tough business to start in. Lots of cold calling Early hours and long days.

Could be a good opportunity if you can survive off $50k for a year or more

Room for unlimited pay after hitting commission

Cons

Once you get to commission if a customer falls out that made your account strong you can’t go back to hourly pay.
