Integrity Staffing Solutions offers huge growth potential and the opportunity to positively impact thousands of people each year. They offer a competitive salary and decent benefits and is always looking to promote from within. The Regional and Corporate team offer a good level of support and help drive innovation at the site-level.

Cons

During the peak season, the craziness doesn't stop. Long hours mixed with a high stress level are to be expected. For those that challenge themselves and have a competitive nature, this is definitely the environment to be in. It is not for someone looking for a normal 9-5 schedule.

Co-workers and the ease of it all. Work goes by a lot quicker when you like who you are working with. This place is on positivity overload.

Cons

People are assigned to monitor your job when they have no idea what your job is. Special treatment aka kissing butt goes a long way in this company. Relocating further away. Staffing for clients who have absolutely no respect or integrity for the contractors on-site.
