      Pros

      Integrity Staffing Solutions allows individuals from all walks of life the chance to come together and work for the common cause of creating extraordinary customer service experiences for our clients customers. Integrity provides opportunites for individauls to accept a job where they receive weekly pay, are eligible for time off, as well as have th opportunity to apply for benefits. Associates are given the chance to work towards being hired on full time and creating their own path to success.

      Cons

      One fo the common drawbacks that associates express is that the environment if fast paced and the learning curve can be a bit challenging to individuals who are not used to this type of environment.

      Keep people employed and a huge opportunity for advancement with the client or ISS. ISS is a company that cares from the coaches to the owners. Corporate is the type of place that you can reach out to, if you have a concern or congrats. That is a lost art in today's world.

      Holiday season can be overwhelming. However, it is what the company is based off of and we do it better than anyone.

      Integrity Staffing Solutions truly cares about their associates! They advocate, provide opportunities and allow folks to progress to their levels. Every company has a minimum standard of what is acceptable and Integrity Staffing Solutions is no different, without standards there would be no quality. Integrity sets the standards high because they want provide their clients and associates with the best possible experience. Too often, we all see where people want things just given to them, there is no sense of entitlement at Integrity Staffing Solutions, if you work for it and have the desire to do it, they will make it happen. If you don't care about your job or just want a paycheck for showing up, Integrity Staffing Solutions is not for you, they hire the best and expect the best.

      Cons

      The worst thing about Integrity Staffing Solutions? You have to work for what you want, they're not just going to give, give, give to you. Many raters slam the company for the for holding the associates accountable to their work, but what great companies don't? If you just want someone to pay you for doing nothing, well, we all know where you should go for that.
