      Pros

      Working at amazon has some great benefits, Good pay, management is good when it comes to advancement. great incentives, and they provide a ADP card that is very convenient. Very easy to get interviewed

      Cons

      Once you get "hired" it could be a whole month before you actually start. The hours they offer don't change so if you cant fit the schedule they are looking for, you wont start. You have to get a perfect schedule that fits you. Once you start, you will be standing for a long time. and will be walking at least 1.5 miles in a 10-hour work shift. You do get used to it after 2 weeks

      Pros

      Your team cares about you as a person AND an employee. As the company grows, you can make a difference just by making suggestions and following up. Opportunities are endless for internal promotion and growth. The 12 months of giving program really shows how the company gives back to their communities.

      Cons

      Since this is a small but growing company, you must be able to react quickly to changing situations and follow through to completion. You must be self-motivated to be successful. This may be a pro for some, and a con for others.
