Cons

There is no work/life balance as a process engineer. Middle management is horrible and the annual review for promotions is an archaic and unfair system. How well you do at Intel depends on your manager, unfortunately most managers here are clueless. I feel very undervalued and unappreciated, and the majority of my co-workers feel the same way.
