Pros

This company prides itself on great leadership, valuing employees, and having a welcoming family environment. The health care benefits and 401K match program are top tier, not to mention the pay that is equal to the experience of it's employees. The CEO takes a vested interest in not only the work that you are doing but you as a whole person. Doesn’t just ask about what you are doing work wise, but ask and remembers things that are going on with and your family as they are an important part of each person working for the company.

Pros

The culture is a huge draw for me. I feel valued here, and that's independent of the salary and benefits, which are already competitive. There is also good flexibility within the company, as there are various types of projects to work on.

Cons

Most positions require security processing, which is dependent on government timelines. Not the company's fault, but still a factor that delays onboarding.
