Pros

I worked there for almost 2 years (2008-10). At that time they paid 100% tuition, and encouraged higher education, including obtaining certifications. I haven't seen that anywhere else that I've worked.

Cons

At that time there were limited opportunities to switch projects/programs within the org. However, they were in the process of securing new contract vehicles.

Admirable Professional Growth Potential

Pros

The personal and professional growth potential at IntelliGenesis is something to be admired. This is one of the best places to "get your foot in the door". You can start off in one position and grow into another. IntelliGenesis listens to your professional and personal goals and helps you reach them. I, personally, started in one position and within a year a new position was created for me based upon where I saw my professional career going.
