There are great benefits and you get a lot of additional benefits that other companies don't always provide.

Cons

Low pay. As they are a subcontractor the pay is much lower than others

Pros

The people that work at IG are fantastic co-workers and truly care about each other. Some of the best professional relationships that I have came from IG.

Cons

Expect next to zero upward mobility. If you are hired into a role being able to push to a different position is talked about as viable, yet few ever have the opportunity to do so. The talent management at IG is truly what hurts the overall culture of an otherwise amazing company

Pros

Great benefits, flexible employer, management is accessible, the company does profit-sharing and is very employee-centered.

Cons

The only con about IntelliGenesis is not the company's fault- when IG is the subcontractor on a project they must take their directives from the prime contract company. This may result in less flexibility sometimes but that is up to the prime's directives.
