      Pros

      Friendly, supportive co-workers. IntelliTec offers amazing benefits including time-off, medical, dental, and FSA for daycare. I have a family and my supervisors have always been supportive when I have had family emergencies. From day one, my ideas and suggestions have been heard and I feel like part of a family.

      Cons

      A period of adjustment has been needed as a new person working with employees that have been at IntelliTec for decades.

      Pros

      I can't think of one positive thing about my experience at IntelliTec.

      Cons

      Unorganized, unhealthy work environment. Poor communication between management and employees. Poor morale. A real downer to go to work everyday. Terrible health insurance, no 401(k)
