      3 day weekends. Free range to deviate if it meets curriculum.

      Cons

      High turnover. Supplies are limited. Large classes during the day.

      Newest leadership is putting in a lot of effort to make improvements which have been a long time coming.

      Some "real" people within the organization

      Cons

      No structure in place. There is a lot of uncertainty and no real communication from upper management. Employees are frustrated and left in the dark. Morale is extremely low with fear of loosing their jobs if issues are discussed. Lots of drama, gossip and back staving between upper management. Loads of Hypocrisy. Consequences- high employee turnover. They need to realized that employees who see high turnover tend to disengage and lose productivity.
