Very friendly people work here. Whenever I needed help or was interested in something someone was there to aid me. I truly feel like I've learned a ton from working here.

Cons

Could be a long commute depending where you live.

- Active collaboration where all ideas are welcomed - Solid team of very bright people and go-getters - You get plenty of experience no matter which department you work in - Free snacks and caffeine (not just drip coffee) - Hybrid office days MWF - Awesome company trips (Croatia in 2022) - Fun company events every quarter

Cons

- It can get a little chaotic, but that's not too uncommon for agencies - In need of middle management, but that's currently in progress

* Collaborative and fun team that is driven to keep improving and willing to try new things * Small team size makes it easy to learn from others and get exposure to different parts of the business * Ability to impact business processes and see improvements first-hard * Benefits have improved recently with 401k plan with a match and upgraded health plans * Do not need to work late during the week or catch up weekends helping with work/life balance * Ability to set a work time start between 7-9am to help with traffic/extracurriculars * Clients in various industries are coming in, adding more opportunities

Cons

* Can get very busy during times of client onboarding, many simultaneous big projects, etc. * Office schedule is set to MWF which requires more planning for travel around weekends or holidays once you use up the allocated remote days for the year
