The company is growing quite rapidly with lots of new and interesting clients. For anyone who enjoys a fast paced environment and wants a wide range of responsibilities across many facets of the company, this would be a great place for you to work.

Cons

Sometimes priorities can change quickly but if you can handle fast growth and change, this won't be a problem for you.

The team comes together when the CEO needs them to work on a project. Everyone at Intellibright has a respect for one another.

Cons

Unfortunately, Intellibright doesn't know what it wants to be for their clients and prospective clients. The executive team changes their mind each quarter. This leads to high turnover

Intellibright Response

This individual was a contractor, not an employee. This person had difficulty with our fast-paced environment in which we, admittedly, refine our business model frequently to enhance our offering based on client and prospect feedback. Our core team has been together for more than 5 years and continues to provide amazing results for our clients, many of which are on a straight Pay Per Sale arrangement. We appreciate the contributions of this individual and wish them well in their new endeavors.
