Pros

Work life balance tends to be a pro at the IDB Group, though experiences vary between teams and bosses.

Cons

As a public institution, you may not find the best and brightest working there. I would suggest young professionals go learn their field elsewhere and then come to the IDBG to support the mission at a later stage of their careers.
