Training in Virginia. Training was nice besides the pay (min wage)... Loved the instructors and they seem to care about us and our success however, instructors constantly reminded us that once we are on contract the supervisors do not care about us. Have no respect for our social life or families. I hear being on post sucks but have not officially started yet.

Cons

"They don't care" schedule random , do not give you a schedule until you badge. Parking is a nightmare. Guard Mount.

Pay and Site Supervisor was the best about this job! They worked with me on my hours since I was Part-Time!

Cons

Some of the other employees could of been a little better with the part-time staff, they really didn't like part-timers!

It is an international security company. That contracts with multiple companies and firms. I for the past 10 years has worked in the contract with Wells Fargo Bank. I enjoy working with the public on a daily basis. Giving information on various questions customers ask. And securing the public safety and security of the employees, and customers.Just

Cons

Downsides are dealing with some people who are disrespectful, very vulgar . and also dealing with people who have no respect for security are law enforcement .
