Pros

Decent benefits, (kind of) good people. Base level associates are great people.

Cons

Life consuming. Did not even try negotiating a salary, they just gave me whatever salary was budgeted for the position. Most of my time off requests for months in advance were refused with no explanation.

Pros

It’s a hospitality company that cares about its employees as much as the employees care about the guests.

Cons

The only downside is you most likely will have to relocate in order to be promoted and as in most hospitality positions the pay is not great until you get into a MGMT position.

They will gaslight you into believing your getting a promotion to get you to do more work.

Cons

Poor pay, they are very poor management company. They come into hotels hire a bunch of under qualified employees and then leave. They do not hold their hires accountable. It is all about speed and cost cutting. They do not take care of employees or promote from within. The healthcare is a joke like most of these companies.
