Pros

Free Healthcare ~ BCBS~ Discounted hotel rates.

Cons

Where do I begin? How about COVID? Laid off over 1500 people~ all hourly employees and took away their FREE health insurance during a pandemic. All salaried people were told to cover all shifts~ from front desk to laundry. No housekeeping for guest staying over~ no breakfast ~ no amenities, because of supply chain. Raised room rates. Salary freeze no bonuses. Who made money~ all the owners!! More money then ever. Can we talk about about the the owners sister is is running operations. Never worked at a Hotel and she flips on a dime. When she likes you you are golden but I. A minute that changes even when her people lie. Stay away~ stay far away!!!

Employee paid healthcare, pay, location

Cons

The high pay is given because you have to work so many hours, and do so many jobs to earn that pay. Lack of support from GM, and extended corporate. They expect you to give your all, be versatile, work as a team in every department, but do not give the same in return.

Pros

I only worked for them a short time but I'd say the people were great at my hotel's location. That wasn't IMM's doing, rather the property management team just hired great folks.

Cons

NLRA violations in the handbook, including not being able to discuss compensation with other employees. Lack of funding for competitive wages in a very tight labor market. Leadership in Louisiana is impossible to reach.
