Free Healthcare ~ BCBS~ Discounted hotel rates.

Where do I begin? How about COVID? Laid off over 1500 people~ all hourly employees and took away their FREE health insurance during a pandemic. All salaried people were told to cover all shifts~ from front desk to laundry. No housekeeping for guest staying over~ no breakfast ~ no amenities, because of supply chain. Raised room rates. Salary freeze no bonuses. Who made money~ all the owners!! More money then ever. Can we talk about about the the owners sister is is running operations. Never worked at a Hotel and she flips on a dime. When she likes you you are golden but I. A minute that changes even when her people lie. Stay away~ stay far away!!!

Too many downsides to write. Many micro aggresions, managers that struggle to do their job correctly, never ordering breakfast on time. Also a REVOLVING DOOR of managment. They are embarrassing and pitiful.
