Cons

Lots of red flags. Very bad employee survey results which leadership choose to ignore, chaotic work environment with constantly changing priorities, poor management, unrealistic expectations, and high employee turnover.

Beware before taking a position with this company. There are constant changes, management is just as lost as employees due to the constant change. LIARS-the company and CEO will throw the word transparency around a million of times, but it's all a lie. Everything the company states that they stand for is a lie. Micromanaging-if you like to be micromanaged this is the place to be. Biggest one-The future is UNCERTAIN, it's a revolving company with unclear next steps.

Pros

Direct management/supervisors are invested in their teams and very accessible. Employee physical and mental well-being is taken very seriously which is refreshing for remote work. Starting pay and benefits are competitive with similar roles. Company paid holidays that aren't subtracted from earned PTO is surprising and employees are encouraged to use their PTO.

Cons

Annual raises are not reflective of meeting goals set out by upper management. High value placed on quantity of work done but employees have little control over assignment amounts.
