They truly live their values of caring deeply, working together, bringing joy to their work, and being curious and committed to learning. I feel like I belong here, that my voice is heard, and that my opinions are valued. The workforce is fully remote. Compensation and benefits are competitive. Leadership is approachable and seems to genuinely care about employees.
