This program is great for anyone looking to transition to tech, you receive training and compete for an apprenticeship (follow the rules, submit the work, be respectful, and you'll move on) but they have the right to deny you.
Cons
very low pay during training, and did not get a pay raise as indicated at 6 months of employment with the company.
