Pros

The patient relationships are the best part of the job.

Cons

Upper management does not rationalize EVER! If you are not a man then your say so does not matter. They make a lot of money, and although they offer raises once a year it does not come close to all the hard work and commitment employees put forth. Credit is never given when due, and they HR person is not for the staff. Instead HR protects the higher ups and the rest of lower management goes unseen and unheard.
