      Pros

      Friendly environment, supportive staff, rewarding job. Great for new graduates. Recognition for accomplishments. Weekly supervision and staff meetings.

      Cons

      Most staff of paid based on Fee For Service. When client's don't show or cancel, we don't get paid, which makes this work very difficult. Very hard to become eligible for health insurance.

      * Gain experience working in school setting. * able to get clinical hours *Pays well for mental health standards *independent (not micro-managed)

      Cons

      Only 20 days vacation ( no sick days) Do not get paid for all holidays like ( Christmas, veterans days, Columbus Day, Black Friday, Martin Luther king )
