Pros

Own NYSE so your parents have some idea what you do Maybe NYSE might be better If you can negotiate well during acquisition your comp can be ok

Cons

Total lack of integrity when dealing with acquisitions Utter lack of interest in feedback to improve process Very isolated fiefdoms some of which are run by very unimpressive people If you aren't in the inner circle (Atlanta Mafia) Inefficient decision making

Pros

The benefits are great the salary is pretty good and comparable to other companies. The bonuses are great and the profit sharing is good.

Cons

There is no work from home policy, even though they spend millions on mobile technology. Some managers have egos and just plainly do not know how to manage. The environment is all work no play.
