Pros

Highly technical people, technology is build to last. The company is stable, not much fire drills.

Cons

Only 2 weeks of vacations for starters. Release process is a little bureaucratic.

Pros

Great work life balance Fairly autonomous once you have been in the company for a couple of years

Cons

NOT LGBT Friendly at all - no programs, very conservative C suite Rare opportunity for upward mobility in sales The majority of the salesforce has been there 10-30 years Territories often available are prohibitive to new salespeople to prosper Turnover on most new hires into sales since 2014 Deal approval process can take up to 4 weeks and is a major bottleneck in closing deals While I cannot name a percentage, the amount of new logos the company sells into each year is poor in the US region
