      -Great people -Good balance of job types to work on -Good benefits -Management is prioritizing work/life balance thru benefits and events

      Cons

      -Like any consulting, work load can fluctuate a lot depending on deadlines -This is getting better, but transparency from management is lacking at times

      Pros

      The company honestly wants its people to be happy. I don't feel like a number or constantly getting told we need to make the share holders happy so work more! The people and the work environment are great as well. It's been a breath of fresh air coming here.

      Cons

      The location is down town.

      Pros

      Priority is placed on work quality and efficiency, not arbitrary control or power over an individual. A very human-friendly company that helps employees to survive in 2019 economic environment. Fun work, great benefits and jovial work atmosphere

      None that are not inherent to the industry as a whole.
